Rodolpho is always so sweet, thorough, and professional every time I come in for an oil change! He has been there since my very first visit and always takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions. He is a big reason I continue coming back to this location. I know my car is in good hands, and I really appreciate how quick and efficient they are without sacrificing quality. I also met Alexander for the first time today, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and confident in his work. He answered all my questions and reassured me that my vehicle was well taken care of. I highly recommend this location! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. ⭐️🚗
Jaxon and Derek were marvelous! They were patient with me, friendly, and I enjoyed some hilarious banter along with the quick service. I will definitely be coming back 😁 Update: I went back unexpectedly because I noticed my tire pressure was low. Luckily, this location is open until 8:00 p.m. and I noticed that their exit door were still open. WasEven though they were getting ready to close, Doug and John we're kind and patient enough to ease my worries. Doug not only filled the tire that was low but checked all of them to make sure I was safe on the road. I love that this Take 5 location is open late. It's a very convenient aspect for those of us who may have to work 8am-5pm and not have time during the day to schedule vehicle maintenance appointments. Update: Came back today for my oil change. Jeremy was helpful when I asked about pricing and he did the oil change. Aaron checked my filters (which wasn't done the very first time I came-not his fault)... I'm so glad he checked because they were filthy! He was quick with replacing them and explaining the process. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. Update: I was needing an oil change and coolant flush but had been putting it off... Alexander and Julian drew me in with their sign spinning, and then ended up working on my vehicle. Rudy was very helpful and took his time to explain the services to me. All three gentlemen were respectful and had great customer service... I will continue to come to this location.
Jeremy and Robert were so helpful and kind. They provided the best service yet. Talked to me directly about what I needed without trying to push more for sales. I highly recommend this location for services.
