Jacob, Nicolas, and the whole crew at Take 5 were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and welcoming. They got us in and out quickly while making sure everything was taken care of. They aired up our tires, topped off our fluids, and completed our oil change efficiently. It’s refreshing to visit a place where the entire team has a great attitude and genuinely makes customers feel welcome. Great customer service goes a long way, and this crew definitely delivered! Thank you to everyone for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We really appreciate the friendly service and would definitely recommend this Take 5 location! 🚗👏
I’ve consistently had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. What stands out most to me is the way their team treats me—not only as a customer, but also as a veteran. Their courtesy, professionalism, and respect are genuinely appreciated. I have never experienced poor customer service at Take 5. Every visit has been fast, efficient, and handled professionally, while still making me feel valued rather than rushed through. It’s refreshing to find a business that understands that good service is about more than simply getting the job done—it’s also about how you treat people. Thank you to the Take 5 team for the consistently excellent service and for the respect you show your customers and veterans. I highly recommend them.
All the men working their were nice & friendly & offered water. If you call the person to inform you should be correct on the price she quoted me $39.99. When I got there it was $78.00. Because I have a Very large expedition i needed extra oil. So they need to ask people on the phone what type, year the car is. Thank God i had a $25.00 off coupon. I only took enough cash for what she told me over the phone. And the gentleman that helped me Isaiah was extremely helpful he gave me another discount. So I was able to get my oil changed. THANK YOU ISAIAH 😊
