Very nice and friendly staff. Welcomed me with a nice cold bottle of water, and completed the oil change in a reasonable time frame. After leaving, my "check engine" indicator came on. I returned to the shop, and Rebekah eagerly check it out, hooking up to monitor, and checking under the hood. She found the filter wasn't securely in place. After correct that, the indicator went out. Very pleased with the overall service.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, explained my options clearly without any pressure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how fast the service was without sacrificing quality. I stayed in my car the whole time, and they had me in and out in just minutes. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, communicating with each other and double-checking everything to make sure it was done right. I also appreciated the honesty. They checked my fluids and filters but didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free oil changes I’ve ever had. Great service, great people, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
I am extremely satisfied with this location. I admire their dedication to do an amazing job and customer service at the same time. Rebekah was divine!!! Xavier was amazing. I truly admire Rebekah for her knowledge, her enthusiasm and going beyond what I was expecting in every way. It was a bit more than I had in mind however it was worth every dollar. I wished i had cash to give them both a good tip for their amazing work.
