I just want to say this store continues to do amazing I am glad to see that the customer service hasn’t changed not one bit. Mister James the store manager and his crew are holding expectations to a high standard I got the pleasure to deal with Tiff and I believe it was Eric the Asm checked my fluids and went above and beyond keep up the amazing work highly recommend this location mind you this was 15 mins before they closed thank you guy for doing such a great job!!
Joshua was the coolest and nicest and most aware Oil Change rep ive ever witnessed. He was nice and respectful and saw that I was sweating bad in my jeep and offered me a water lol. He was training a new rep so I understood the time it took. He explained everything and was able to help me with my air filter. Thanks again, sir!!
Staff was very thorough, checking filters, liquid levels etc. They never forced the level of service on me but gave me the choice in everything. Kudos to the manager. Each employee knew what their responsibilities were and communicated information clearly and concisely. Great job all the way around!!
