I had an outstanding experience with Angel at Take 5 Oil Change! I had just purchased a used, high-mileage vehicle, and Angel was extremely thorough in inspecting it and making sure I understood what it needed to keep the engine running smoothly. He personally showed me what needed to be changed, cleaned, or serviced, including the proper high-mileage oil, air filter, coolant flush and refill, and other important maintenance items. Angel was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciate the care and attention he gave my vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish! Angel is definitely an asset to Take 5, and I highly recommend him!
I had a great experience at Take 5 and I want to give a special shoutout to Water for his excellent customer service! The service did take longer than I expected, but honestly, the thoroughness made up for it. He consistently kept me updated and explained what was being done, which I really appreciated. …very professional and knowledgeable. It’s always refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service and making sure the customer feels informed and taken care of. I will definitely return.
Finally decided to take my vehicle to get an oil change. Big procrastinator. Take 5 had me in and out way faster than when I use to go to Walmart for an oil change. I stopped choosing Walmart, so I can get professional work done. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with my care and experience! I was serviced by Josh and Zeke. There was a 3rd person as well, that changed my cabin air filter, but I forgot to get their name.
