I had a great experience at Take 5! Toni’s customer service was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, attentive and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience quick and pleasant. Great customer service can make all the difference and Toni definitely delivered. She is a wonderful representation of the Take 5 team. Thank you Toni for providing such an excellent experience!
All the staff are nice professional and patient. Love that I was offered cool water bottle on a 100 degree day. I do ask that more efforts to help employees be comfortable in such heat...more fans...Gatorade and water cold for the workers. They appeared hot and tired despite the friendly service and attentiveness I think they were feeling overwhelmed by the heat even if they didn't complain. Please help your crew as they provide great service. Thanks Angel and the team that worked with him .
They had a heck of a team, outstanding communication, everyone seemed to be having a great time even though it was extremely hot. The manager-in-training Toni(?) and the young man whose name I sadly can't spell (Xie...something, so sorry bro!), kept me laughing with their friendly banter while also maintaining excellent professionalism. I will definitely be back. Well done.
