The TAKE5 team, particularly Ty the shop leader, provided exceptional service during my visit. Ty was extremely patient and took the time to explain the difference between the oils. I appreciated the communication among team members as they worked on my truck ensuring everything they did was double checked by another team member. Cleaning my windshield and wiping down areas they touched on my truck was appreciated. It was an all around pleasant experience, customer service was hands down some of the best on this side of town. The entire team should be commended for their commitment to provide the best service they can to each customer that drives up. Keep up the good work guys!
The service this shop provides can't be described any less than excellent and above par than any normal service. Not only are the staff friendly but also knowledge with the services they provide which makes the experience all the more enjoyable and streamlined. All fluids were checked and topped, air filter replaced, tire pressure adjusted, windshield cleaned, and even a safety check that all was properly back where it should be. Did I mention they also informed the customer in the bay next to me they had a reusable filter and didn't try to upsale to them? They explained how to clean it, dry it, and put it back. It's hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but with these technicians, I'll be coming back even if it's an hour and a half drive for me.
Very fine respectable two young men working they had all three lanes with cars. They had one waiting like behind me and I’m so glad that they didn’t make me feel like they were rushing it. They worked really well together. I wish I knew their names I don’t, but I went Sunday right after church so I think it was like 1 o’clock maybe 2 o’clock that I got there but please give them Praise. They were so young and at first I was really afraid and I’m like oh well they know what they’re doing I’ve been to Jiffy Lube. They failed miserably and I’ve been to what is that other one it’s right across from them and now they started doing like where you stay in the car but they horribly messed up on my vehicle so I’m grateful and thank you.
