The guys at the Take 5 location on Military Drive near Roosevelt are the best ! They are kind, courteous, professional, and seem to really genuinely love what they do ! I appreciate the safety checks they do and the way they communicate with each other . They appear to be a cohesive team that work well together. just a few of the reasons I keep coming back to this Take 5 location even though I live closer to the new Goliad location . Keep up the good work guys!
It was my first time coming here and the guys there are very fast and super friendly with how they work and interact with the customers. It beats having to wait for 2 hrs at a dealership and all I had to do is drive up listen and wait 10 mins. And then it's all done. Best experience because of the workers I'll be coming here more often. Thanks guys 🙂👍
Since I pulled up Josh the manager right away came to introduce himself and gave me a complimentary water. I saw the whole team be attentive with every customer that pulled up. I didn’t feel pressure with other services I need. Josh helped me understand the things that are overdue. I’ll be coming here for oil changes from now on.
