This location is as good as my normal Take 5 Oil Change place. They were friendly, great customer service, knowledgeable, professional and quick with all services. I had to take two vehicles in this day and I did not have to wait for anyone else to get done in the bay. The prices were reasonable and there are always coupons available so it makes it that much easier to go and get the oil changed. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I couldn’t get into the Toyota Service Dept and needed an oil change. I looked around online and Take 5 offered a coupon for first time users and they were just down the road. I drove up and got in line. A few minutes later I was guided to drive into the bay. The worker, Christian I believe, was very polite and professional and explained the options I had to choose from. I made my choice and he got started. All along he explained what he was doing and how my car was checking out. he wrapped up and gave me a recap and itemized receipt of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was treated to a very positive experience. Thank you, I will be back.
I took my car to get an oil change and I was offered with a price plan. I would go to other oil change places and I was offered the plan which I didn’t like. The guys who helped me and unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they were very helpful and did exactly what I asked for and they helped me. I would definitely recommend them anytime!
