I stopped by fairly early in the morning, for a cooling flush oil change and filter rotation. Turned out that I was their first customer of the day. The crew was AJ and Jas, and AJ was kind enough to offer me a water as soon as I pulled up to the gate. During the service, the experience showed true quality in the form professionalism, hospitality, and maintaining a customer-centric environment. Great job y'all! Keep up the good work and keep representing the West Ave location!
"Had an excellent experience here for an oil change. The staff greeted me immediately and got my car into the bay right away. They were incredibly fast, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated that Shaq explained everything clearly without trying to aggressively upsell me on unnecessary parts or fluids. The price was reasonable, and the customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to shop for routine maintenance!"
