Looking forward to my next oil change!! The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. They made the entire visit so enjoyable while taking the time to explain everything and keep me informed throughout the process. It’s so refreshing to experience such genuine customer service, especially for something as simple as an oil change! You can tell they truly care about their customers. I really appreciate the team here and will definitely be back
I had another great experience at this location. I was assisted by AJ, whom I assume is a manager based on his uniform. AJ was very thorough in explaing the benefits of the types of oil change available. I never felt pressured to buy more than needed as he made me aware of the state of my filters and coolant levels. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I continue to trust this business each time I visit.
I had my 04 Toyota Tacoma Pre-runner oil change today. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sent me a 35$ coupon from my last oil change(blend in my Honda 2014) I used it on the regular oil 5w30. These guys were friendly knowledgeable and in a pleasant mood. Greated me with an ice cold water!!!! This place has stepped up their game for sure!!! A very big thank you guys!! Shawn
