I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to SEAN! They were incredibly fast, professional, and friendly from the moment I pulled up. They walked me through everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary upsells. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. The vehicle service was done perfectly and in record time. I will definitely be back to this location because of them!
When I pulled in the gentleman pulled up my vehicle records and told me I actually was not due for an oil change, I was going by the vehicle nagging notification saying I needed service. We double check the service interval recommended by the manufacturer and he assured me that we were in good shape for another 2000 miles. I know that certain other oil change companies would have simply change the oil and not mentioned it! Kudo’s to Take 5
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Rylan and Bobby were both super friendly, professional, and honest. They took care of my oil change and inspection, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to scam me or pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. I thought I needed to replace my engine air filter, but they checked it and were honest with me instead of trying to make an extra sale. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find. Definitely recommend these guys!
