I had an oil change and filter replacement done at Take 5 and had a great experience. Luis and Jesse provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. I appreciated that they not only completed the service efficiently but also took the time to let me know about other maintenance items that could help keep my vehicle running smoothly. They were informative without being pushy, which I really valued. Thank you, Luis and Jesse, for the outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning to Take 5 for future vehicle maintenance!
This location gave me the BEST service I have EVER received !!!! I saw them use instruments i have not seen used at ANY other location! When I asked about it Daniel and Billy explained everything to me and why it was the best way to do the oil change. I HONKED when I left, VERY PLEASED !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ROBSTOWN LOCATION !!!!!!
Ben and Billie were very efficient and courteous. They called out loud everything they were completing as they did each step. We will return to the Robstown location instead of the 5 minute location on N. West Blvd. They were finished in less than 14 minutes.
