This was by far one of my best experiences I received at any of your location. James exceed all my expectations. He was extremely nice and professional and a dam good salesman. He informed me of my coolant level being empty and wiper blade conditions. He knew the prices of your competitors and informed me that he could perform the task in less time. While he calculated my service Dalton was busy doing the work. Later the shop manager came over to ask how things was going which so told h the best experience I've seen in my many visit across DFW area. Your Roanoke location seems to have the right people representing your company.
Went to the Take 5 Oil Change in Roanoke for a car inspection and had a good experience overall. It wasn't the quickest visit since it was the weekend, but the staff was friendly right from the start, which made a real difference. A big plus is that you don't have to leave your vehicle; you stay in your car the whole time, which is convenient and easy. They even handed out water bottles while we waited, a small touch that goes a long way. Would definitely come here again.

I had every intention of getting the “extras” they offered so the total time I was there and the bill were not shocking to me. But speaking as someone who used to not be able to do all those things at once, I do think it’s worth noting they do try to upsell. Quick and efficient! Thanks!
