I have a Mini Cooper S and unfortunately the shop does not carry the oil I need. The staff were so kind and explained everything to me. Cayden even sent me a link to buy the correct oil for my car! They topped off my coolant and even filled up a jug I keep in the trunk of my car. I’m so grateful that they didn’t just change my oil and use the incorrect type, and instead they sent me the proper resources to take care of my car! I will definitely return to yall when my oil comes in!
So I went to go get my oil change and towards the end of the procedure they usually put the dipstick in to check the oil and come back and show it to you while I was watching them between the gap of the hood And I noticed they were talking to each other, and I saw one of the employees lift up the dipstick and then he came and showed it to me so I told him can you clean it and do it again so then I told him, but don’t tilt the dipstick straight up bring bring me the dipstick level so he did it and when he did that, The dipstick showed that it was half a quart low. Sometimes you gotta watch these workers. It was disappointing because it’s a new place in Portland, Texas and for them to try to tilt the dipstick so he can go from Half a quart low to show that it’s on the full mark it’s just unacceptable.
This was my first time ever using Take 5 and I was very pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail of everything. All the coworkers worked together to get the job completed in the most efficient way possible. I am from Alabama and I have to say if the ones in Alabama are as good as the one I went to today then they have a customer for life. Thank Y'all for everything and making me feel at ease before my 900 mile trip home.
