The guys there immediately started into action as I pulled into the driveway. They were so efficient with the job. And I'm a senior citizen and I made of mention of having a car over 2 hundred thousand, when I was in the Army. That's why I baby my car. He had told me earlier the price when I first asked i agreed to it. When it came time to pay, he let me know that he gave me a discount for serving my country. That was so awesome, for a young man to pay that kind of respect, that doesn't happen everyday. I will continue staying with this company in Orange, Texas. I had an excellent job done the first time, and that's why I came back today. GOD willing to let me come back, for the 3rd, I will gladly.Thank you, for the excellent service.
Excellent customer service!! I had just finished replacing my belt tensioner before I pulled up and Grace met me with a smile and two ice cold bottles of water. Oil change was done in a matter of minutes and Marquise went above and beyond to make sure the bolts in my tensioner pulley were torqued to specs. Thank you Grace and Marquise!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share it. Mike and Grace were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. They explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything extra. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. You can tell Mike and Grace genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made what is usually a routine errand a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service I received. If you’re looking for an honest, fast, and friendly place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend asking for Mike and Grace. They made my day!
