⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share it. Mike and Grace were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. They explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything extra. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. You can tell Mike and Grace genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made what is usually a routine errand a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service I received. If you’re looking for an honest, fast, and friendly place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend asking for Mike and Grace. They made my day!
Marissa and her team went above and beyond today, taking me through every step of getting my oil changed. They moved around like surgeons working so efficiently together and so professionally!They also checked my antifreeze which needed to be flushed and replaced. Not only did they show me a sample of what my current antifreeze looked like but also what it should look like and explained it all in layman terms for someone like me who knows nothing about cars. I’m very grateful for this experience and will be back when it’s time for my top off! I couldn’t recommend this place more! Wonderful experience!
Terrible experience! Will never return. 5/5/26 about 3:30 pm. White dude. Didn’t seem to know anything about wiper blades, and didn’t seem to care. Never asked for help from the other employee. Basically told me “oh well”. I was in a 2021 GMC Acadia. Claimed they only warranty wiper blades for “maybe a few days”, and I bought them there. Orange TX; 16th street. Never even looked at tire pressure or reset oil monitor. He said he transferred from the Vidor store. $200 for one wiper blade and an oil change.
