Mani was awesome!! Handed me a water right away and explained the process as it was happening. Customer service is fast and friendly. This was my 2nd time coming here and definitely will continue to come here. All the guys in the bay were professional and communicated with eachother with safety in mind. This is a great place to come. Thank you for continuing to strive for excellence. SAL stopped before I left to make sure I didn't have any further questions. Thank you for that peace of mind.
Big shout out to Mike and Jeffrey who always take care of business in such a professional and pleasant manner. This is definitely my go-to when in need of my oil change. I highly recommend this place. Thank you BB for being so pleasant while y’all were short handed ands crazy busy. You held it together well😉 Update: pulled in on 8/30/2026, waited about 30 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Khamani, greeted me and handed me a nice cold bottled water. I thought I was overdue for an oil change, but wasn’t sure. This young man did everything he was supposed to as far as checking info from last visit, even looking under the hood to make sure my oil level and clarity was good. He was not only courteous, and professional…he answered every question I had with a big smile. I know that’s Haus in this Texas heat, being cooped up on a busy Sunday afternoon working in a little box. Give that young man a raise!!!
This was my first time getting my oil changed by myself. I usually have my dad do it lol. I was amazed at how fast the service was and the people who worked on my car were the sweetest! It was obvious that I don't know anything about cars but they were all so friendly and explained everything they were going to do. They recommended me some additional things that my car needed to get done without making me feel pressured to get it done right there and then. You just pull up, stay in the car, they offer you a bottle of water, and they work on your car and you're out of there in just a few min. They were a little short staffed that day but they still managed to get me out of there in about 30 min or less. Amazing experience. So easy.
