The service I received at Take 5 was exceptional. I came 10 minutes before closing just needing a quick oil change for my wife’s car, and the guys took the time to provide a full professional service. They walked me through everything they were doing, replaced both air filters, checked my tires, and even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited! I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated their high level of care, even though it was well after closing by the time they were done. Great job and great crew 👏🏼
In and out in no time flat! Great service with a smile. Even gave me a free water as soon as I pulled in. The service center was very clean and well kept with everything in its place and well organized. The crew worked as a team quickly and efficiently. Pricing was straight forward and didn't try to upsell me on any extra BS. Had me verify oil level by showing me the dip stick after the service was done. All and all, I was probably there for a total of 5 minutes. Friendly staff that were dressed for the job. My technician even gave me some advise on how to get coupons for a discount next time I came in. They gave me (2) reminder stickers for my windshield. 1st one was a reminder for a too up, and the 2nd for the next oil change. Very professional service and a great customer experience.
Excellent experience at Take 5! I was in and out quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Randall in particular went above and beyond — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was checking without ever feeling like he was upselling me. He made what's usually a boring errand actually pleasant. Will definitely be back, and I'll be requesting Randall specifically. Highly recommend this location!
