Thank you C Dubb!! - The Take 5 Supervisor took such great care of me. I’m currently a new member of Car Care so I wasn’t sure how the protocols worked or how much I would be responsible for paying out of pocket. He was patient with me and explained the recommended oil change for my particular vehicle along with the Car Care benefits for properly maintaining the upkeep of my vehicle. He was very informative and knowledgeable and countless times throughout my service, he also continued to pass this knowledge onto his team members so everyone remained on the same page about my service. My first time at Take 5 was a 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!
Just stopped by because I needed an oil change and my cousin said the guys that worked there were handsome and kind. So I figured “why not?” Well these gentlemen are all of those things but they also went above and beyond for me. I won’t go into detail because I don’t want anyone taking advantage of their kindness but it was there. Will be taking cash next time I go to see them so I can tip. Plus I could kill sometime during rush hour while getting my oil changed. Will be back! Thank y’all!!!
The guys here were very professional and transparent. Gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my oil change. Great crew out there, highly recommended!
