Using church van for a church group trip to Ark Encounter. Joplin was our halfway two day road trip. We noticed the church van was 3 months behind on oil change. The Take 5 crew handled our transit van needs and we were back on the road for an additional 500 miles. The engine and gas operated with more efficiency and we arrived at our destination without any auto issues.
Aspen and becca were literally the best part of my day they explained everything so well i felt like i actually understood what i needed let me know about the top off policies which ive never knew before even after being to other locations but i will be coming back to this location from now on just to see them again!
Sorry but after you serviced my vehicle it started missing and died on me multiple times. I drove it to my dealer and they ran a diagnostic on it and cylinders 2, 4, 5 and 6 were misfiring so I had to leave it. Today (Friday) the service manager called and stated that someone had not secured the air filter cover and that was what was causing the problem. I was relieved with this news but not happy with the service I received from Take 5. This all could have been avoided if technician would have fulfilled his duty.
