I had a bad experience with the previous business I used for oil changes. I realized they weren’t customer oriented and I no longer wanted to take y car there. I went to Take 5 because family members recommended it. I couldn’t be happier. It was quick and thorough, but the best part was that there were two technicians working on my car and informing me at all times of exactly what they were doing. They didn’t do anything without my approval, and made great recommendations. I will definitely be going back for my oil changes and associated needs.
I came in for a simple oil change and unknowingly a leak in my engine air vent. The manager changed the oil and told me right away how to go about fixing the engine vent. I got the new part and he put it in no problem. Very reasonably priced with amazing service. Everyone there seems to know exactly what they’re doing and how to do it fast, with their clients in mind. Definitely would recommend to anyone that doesn’t know much about cars, the entire experience was exceptionally helpful.
Love the drive-thru service....they take care of everything while you stay in your vehicle & you also pay from your vehicle....very convenient. Also, I find the young men who work there to be respectful and helpful.
