Little disappointed that you no longer use Mobil 1. I know prices have gone up. $179 for seven quarts and a filter seems high. The staff here in Livingston is very good. My previous trip the tech pointed out my coolant was not good. I knew this to be true. They flushed out my old coolant for a good price. This trip, without asking, the tech showed me rear differential plug. I know it's magnetic. Some forbidden glitter. He said fluid looks dark. Ok how much. Was given synthetic vs non. What's in there now. "Synthetic" how much....ok . Just do it. Got 108,000iles on it. I wish you did trans service. Used to do all this myself. Used to. Got to have a paper trail for extended warranty. I usually tow a work trailer. Wanted to go to discount tire for a rotation. Don't know her name but the shop foreman ? Actually googled to see if discount tire was open on memorial day. It was not. But you guys were . Own a repair shop in Marshfield, ma. Brother runs it now. Customers come in for oil change and you do free brake inspection. Tech tells me pads are down to nothing. Do it. I know this guy. This is his daughter's car. She commutes to college. Loyal customers are where it's at. Get that feeling when I go to your location in Livingston
I go to the one in Livingston,Tx, the only thing to complain about is getting into the bay with a SUV or Truck, but that’s still doable!! Their thorough and aren’t just trying to make a sale when it’s not needed. Every employee that I’ve encountered here were professional knew their job but still had a great sense of humor!! It was Yes Mam No Mam the whole time and these are “kids” (to me) and that says a lot!! For as long as the Take 5 Oil change is still in Livingston I’ll only go there.. Now as for Take 5 Carwash I really wish they would go bankrupt and shut their doors and NEVER open again!! The carwash there in Livinston ripped my shark fin antenna off scratched my car found the fin in the bay and denied my claim saying it was an antenna, Now how am I supposed to take that off? You DONT!
I’ve been using Take 5 For the past 10 years. I recently moved from San Antonio and I was hoping there was a Take 5 Here in town. And there was, awesomeness. And this particular establishment provided the same top level service as the ones in San Antonio. Highly recommend five stars all the way around.
