Excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Lewisville. Makai Davis truly exceeded all expectations with his exceptional customer service and expertise. He went above and beyond by carefully identifying an oil leak issue caused by another company and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a professional and respectful manner. His attention to detail, honesty, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence in the service provided. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right. Makai Davis is a tremendous asset to this location, and because of his outstanding service, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Lewisville.
This is always my GO TO PLACE for Oil change and anytime I need a vehicle inspected. It was a hundred degrees yesterday, and it was cool because as I pulled up, an employee came out and gave me a bottle of water to drink, while I was being guided into get my car inspected. These folks are capable, competent, professional and friendly.I highly recommend.
This last time was horrendous…..the name needs to be changed to take 45…. Cause that’s how long it took me to get into the bay….totally dissatisfied!!!!!! Butttt this time the service members got me in expeditiously yet found out that the prior people had done damage to my vehicle to the point that they couldn’t service my vehicle without further damage…..I will return simply because of the new staff…..what’s sad is the fact that I’ve been loyal to this company for over 15 years….8 of which at this location!!!! I’m not feeling the love rn
