Taylor was absolutely fantastic. While I was there, another customer was being extremely rude and screaming at the employees, and Taylor handled the situation with remarkable patience, composure, and professionalism. Despite being treated in a way no employee should have to tolerate especially when faced with Texas heat, but she remained calm and then gave me genuinely friendly, attentive service. She and the whole staff deserve to be recognized for their professionalism. All I needed today was a state inspection which she did efficiently and with a kind/professional attitude. Honestly she’s the reason I’ll probably come back for an oil change when I need one. Thank you Taylor!!

When I arrived at 6:30pm, I was greeted by an employee with a cool bottle of water. I asked how long the wait was and was told approximately 30 mins. Although it ended up taking just over an hour, the employees were super kind and I felt they cared. Had a great conversation with the manager on duty and when I mentioned a few details about my truck, he stated he was already aware because it was in the notes! I almost left when I was in place to begin the service and the manager stated he was out of the Rotella T6 motor oil. But he went the extra mile and was able to find the 10+ quarts needed for my truck. I was so pleased, and impressed with the professionalism of this crew, working an entire day in 100°+ temperatures. I was able to use a coupon for the oil change, so I even saved a little money too! The manager stated they hadn’t had a break all day, so I bought the crew dinner with the money I saved with the coupon. I have used and will continue to use this location. Thanks to the entire crew working on 9/2/26…y’all are amazing!

I stopped after work and Mr. Matthew and Mr. Christ checked everything in my car they did what was necessary, super polite and I got explained what I needed to know, answered all questions and they truly got it done rapidly. The shop to my surprise was very clean I saw Mr. Matthew mapping the floors when i arrived and they seem to work as a team to accomplish my car being taking care. I definitely will return I got here at 7:00 and it was not line so it was so easy and well done. I can see the dedication and effort to give me a great customer service and I really appreciate that. Beautiful clean shop and absolutely respectful attitude. 🏅Note: I was reading the reviews and I came across reviews like the second one and to my surprise when I see the person’s profile reviews seems like she leaves 1 star every where she goes to get her tires 🛞 to get her oil and other places all related to her car! I I am a woman too, But I Educate myself on the type of car 🚙 I drive always so that I learn how to take care of it properly. I don’t go to shops to blame hard working man that are sweating 🥵 all day to take care of OUR CARS. We should drive more carefully and Don’t hit the big bumps on the road and keep continuous maintenance and check so we don’t have to go until is all Ruined and messed up to blame on others for our own lack of care and knowledge. I learned how to take care of my car since I was 13 years old thanks to my father and I can tell you all that 89%of this bad reviews come from lack of Proper Driving skills! And self checking even when you park at any store someone can crash 💥 the supermarket shopping 🛒 car in to your car then you go get your oil change and blame on them. Maybe next time you should get out of your cars SWEAT 😓 standing out like they do instead of sitting comfortably inside just to blame hard working people at all shops just because you don’t know how to do it yourself. So with that being say Thank you all for working so hard all day in the Heat and cold weather for us to have our cars running.
