I have used this location several times but felt that the service was wanting. The employees were well intentioned verbally but their performance always appeared to be behind the curve. Out of necessity I used this location due to time constraints. And boy it was my lucky day. I was attended to by Joon who was on loan to the store for the day. Man was he impressive. I had an oil change as well as an emission test. I also told him about the faulty windshield wiper blades I purchased on my last visit. He took care of everything!!! And in an extremely timely and professional fashion. I was impressed with his service but most of all with his dedication to getting things done correctly. Thanks to Joon I will continue to use this place for both of my cars oil and fluid maintenance from here on in.

They genuinely listened to my needs, made sure everything was taken care of, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so pleasant!
Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted and promptly handed a bottle of water. A young gentleman assisted me in getting into a bay quite swiftly. The manager, Zee, was incredibly helpful throughout the process of determining the best course of action for my vehicle. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my experience and glad I chose this location.
