I had an absolutely great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and welcoming. They made the entire oil change process quick, easy, and stress-free. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what services were being performed. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service rather than just getting you in and out. The service was fast, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff worked efficiently while still making me feel like a valued customer. I also appreciated how clean and organized the location was. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable, professional, and friendly service. They provided a 10/10 experience, and I will absolutely be returning for my next oil change!
I visited Take 5 this morning and had such a great experience\! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water from Rae, which was such a thoughtful touch\. Bret, the Store Manager, also offered me another cold bottle of water on my way out\. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and welcoming\. It’s not every day you experience this level of hospitality and attention to detail\. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be returning to this location\! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They were amazing today Brent and Rae!! I came for an oil change and they checked everything including my tired air pressure. They were working together as a team and got us in an out. Told and showed me what I needed to see and know. I will be coming here for now on! They need a raise!! Great customer service as well. Y'all did that today!
