I had always gotten my state inspections done at the dealership, but this year I was so busy with work that I let my inspection sticker expire. I called the dealership, but they didn’t have a Saturday appointment available for more than a week, and I couldn’t wait that long. I searched online and found this place, and I’m really glad I did. I was impressed by how convenient the process was. You don’t even have to get out of your car. They were organized and professional. They were pretty busy, but the wait was not long at all, especially considering it’s essentially a drive-through experience. They completed my inspection quickly, and the price was great. Overall, it was a very easy and convenient experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
I came in for an oil change and was greeted by Angel who was the best. He was so thorough. He took the time to take a look at my A/C filter that was sooo gross bc no one had taken the time and effort to inspect it. It was not an easy task but he was very meticulous in taking everything apart and putting it back together. I was impressed and grateful that he went beyond expectations. Thank you Take5 for hiring such a great employee. He is a wonderful representative for the Take5 brand.
Initially, John and Diego were intuitively great, following protocol, following message. When my battery light illuminated, which it was NOT prior to my $140.00 paid for seevice., both were 'hands off,' as if the prospect of either team member contributing to the malfunction never happened. I was very disappointed as this had not happened before, particularly with error, much less ANY of these partners! I was told to check. My battery on my own.
