Honestly, this was the best oil change experience I've ever had. I've been to plenty of oil change shops over the years, and this location completely changed my expectations. The team was composed by Mary, Jason and Marco. The entire process was transparent from start to finish. I stayed in my car the whole time while a team of three technicians worked together and communicated every step they were taking. They made sure I knew exactly what they were doing, and I could even see the work being performed through my windshield. What really stood out was that they never tried to pressure me into buying extra services or products. They explained the cost upfront, answered my questions, and focused on providing great service instead of making a bigger sale. They also topped off my windshield washer fluid, cleaned my windshield, checked my tire pressure, and showed me the clean oil on the dipstick once the service was finished. I went on a Sunday, and despite that, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. I live in Austin, and I can honestly say I'd rather make the drive back to this Take 5 location than go somewhere closer. That's how impressed I was. If you're looking for an honest, professional, and efficient oil change, I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work!

It was a breath of fresh air Having someone take the time and explain what was needed for my vehicle without feeling like I was being taken advantage of because I was a girl. I will forever be a customer at that location Hats off to Jason for his great Customer Service and Mary for her service.

I went to Take 5 on Bellaire to get my oil changed immediately I was greeted at the entrance by a guy that may have been the manager named Ricky he offered me a bottle of water like I was a guest at his home asked me what I needed done and immediately he had me pull in to the garage so that they could begin the work while doing the oil change Ricky and his assistant found other problems with the car and he didn't force me to get the work done Ricky made it an option and assure me that they had the equipment on site if I wanted it done right away Ricky had me turn on the engine after the work was done once Ricky was satisfied with the sound of the engine he took my payment printed me up a receipt then I was able to go I'm not sure that it was the best price for an oil change but it was reasonable for the service that I received which included free tire work (inflated) I would strongly recommend to family or friends to go to Take 5 on Bellaire to get some work done
