Great service! Nick offered me a water while I was waiting and was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in for a inspection but asked about if they could service my shelby gt500 because some other places had turned me away. He inspected under the car to make sure there were not any complications to prevent them from changing the oil and found none. He did let me know that I needed to bring in my specialized oil of 5w/50 when they provide the service. Which is common for this car. I'll be back to change my oil because I trust they know what they are doing.
I dont drive that much, but, have an oil change once a year to keep the oil clean. Ive always used regular oil, but, last year I decided to try out the more expensive Mobil 1 synthetic oil. This year I went in to have the oil changed at Take 5 and, to my surprise the tech advised me that I didnt need the oil changed. He showed me the dip stick and the oil looked like it was brand new. I really appreciated the honesty and was really impressed with Mobil 1 synthetic oil and will continue to use it from now on as well as Take 5 for my oil changes. I highly recommend Take 5.
Alex was my technician, he handled everything with precision, speed, and extreme kindness. There was no pushing into a sale, he told us everything wrong and gave us the choice of what we wanted done. He applied as many discounts as he could for everything done. He was new at the time but showed no sign of it. Nick, the manager was really kind and double checked everything with us. They made sure there was no leaks and everything was clean before we left. We will definitely be back.
