I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks especially to Jesse and Jose!Jesse provided excellent customer service and took the time to clearly explain the available services and options without making me feel pressured. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit!He even offered me a bottle of water and a portable fan while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch! Jose was also very friendly and professional, and the entire team made the experience quick and pleasant. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I definitely recommend this Take 5 location and will be coming back!
Excellent service from these guys!! I've been to other locations, but the eagle pass location has been the best. I had my wife's Highlander oil changed and not only did they do that they also cleaned the windshield and offered us water due to the heat and they were so efficient! We were probably there 10 minutes or so! If we didn't live so far we'd only use this location! If you do live in her area go here! You won't be disappointed!
Absolutely LOVE the care this team puts into their work. They took care of my car, answered all my questions, and had me safely back on the road within minutes. I was absolutely blessed today. I was having car problems due to low oil pressure, they figured out what was wrong replaced the filter added oil because it was completely on empty. I had just had my car serviced at a different location in Castroville a couple of days ago and needless to say something was definitely not right. I make trips to Eagle Pass each month with my granddaughter and Thank God I was able to deliver her home safely before my car started to fail. Thanks to the men on duty today, my car engine didn't lock and I made it home safely from my 2 hour drive. If you are in need of an oil change PLEASE go to the Take 5 Oil Change in Eagle Pass 🙏 I most definitely recommend!!
