I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks especially to Jesse and Jose!Jesse provided excellent customer service and took the time to clearly explain the available services and options without making me feel pressured. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit! He even offered me a bottle of water and a portable fan while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch! Julian, Jose, and Mr. Martin were very attentive! As soon as you pull up, you’re greeted by an employee with a refreshing water bottle. Julian takes the time to answer questions and gives you his undivided attention. Jose was very kind in offering a fan for my girls in the back seat.
