I really wish I remember the guys name that helped me but he was AMAZING. Maybe I just never realized or I should’ve known this but I’ve been getting my oil changed at places near my house and I’m 1,500 miles past the oil change sticker. I pulled up and he asked if I was going off of my mileage which I said yes. He then told me that the sticker is the halfway point and it should be another 2,000 miles after that when an oil change is needed. 🤯 Dude blew my mind and I will not be getting oil changes anywhere else. You’re a legend my man! Thank you!
The guys there were absolutely amazing. I went in for an Inspection. They were constantly making sure I was OK, offered me water multiple times, and were extremely nice. I always hate getting an inspection on my car, but these guys made it extremely easy and a comfortable experience for me. I will absolutely come to this take five on Illinois from now on.
My first time to this location, everyone was friendly, they explained what the planned to do to the changing of the oil in the truck. They also checked all fluids and air- filter. Everything was done in a safe secure and fast service. They also explained other services I did not know they did at this location, flush the radiator fluids and it would not take long. I will return for this service, I felt good of the way I was treated, and they also honored my military time, Stop in and get your service here it's like your part of the family of workers without the corporate office feeling Great service from the crew here , thank you I will return.
