I came in to get my oil changed and was greeted by Juan. Juan was phenomenal as a person and employee. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve been going through it lately and his kindness and professionalism went a long way with me. He was informative and I can see great things for his future! The other 2 workers, I forgot their names, did an excellent job at servicing my car. They have earned my return business and I will be back.
I went in for an oul change because the sticker said I was due. The man said it was only a reminder to swing by and have the the oil topped off. They checked and no oul was needed, but he checked the filter in the glove box. To my knowledge this had never been checked! It was filthy so he changed it out. I love Take 5 . And I trust them to care for my car. Highly recommend Take 5 Oil change😋
Just had excellent customer service by Q who inflated the tires on my EV and even replaced missing valve caps. I tried to fill them myself at another station and arrived frustrated but I was in and out of here in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location as I’ve had oil changes done here in the past and it’s great for moms that don’t have to take kids out of the car for servicing.
