I went there because they’re fast! Unfortunately, I got lost in the shuffle, and had to wait so long that I left without getting my oil changed for another appointment I had. Before I left, I was assured that my oil change would happen later that day, and would be FREE, which totally made it right! I appreciate that they took responsibility and did right by me!
Bronz provided great customer service and went over the additional services well! Wish I’d gotten the other guy’s name who performed the oil change- he was also very friendly, fast and efficient! I think the main mechanic’s name was Cameron and he provided great service overall! This location off of William D Fitch and Greens Prairie Rd is great to go to if you’re on that side of town and need a quick oil change
We were greeted with a complimentary bottled water which is nice in the Texas heat. Kristopher was very helpful! I like to bring my own oil and filter but I forgot to get a new air filter and he priced matched what it would've costed me elsewhere. Will be back for speedy service!
