Cambio de aceite en Bay City, TX en 3004 7th St.

Came here on 10/16/26 and had a pretty crazy experience. Pulled up and was approached by an employee who offered me and my wife a water bottle and also stated that they were short staffed and that he was in training. I told him that it was fine and that I was in no rush. I was the fourth car in line since all service bays were full. Once I was in a service bay I was approached by the one other employee who's name starts with a "B" but I couldn't read the rest of his name tag since he didn't seem to stop moving due to him being the only other employee there. But "B" apologized to me and my wife profusely that it was going to be a bit of a wait since it was only him and the other employee in training. I told him that it was okay and that I was in no rush whatsoever. "B" then disappeared under a car in the bay to my right, while the other employee disappeared under a car in the bay to my left. I could hear them both yelling from underneath but only to communicate back and forth each of the steps they were taking. "B" was giving instructions to the employee in training the whole time while also handling the job right in front of him, all while being totally calm. Then after I heard "B" giving instructions on which specific socket to use I see the in training employee come out from under the truck in bay 1 and just leave. "B" handled the other 3 cars including mine on his own and let me know that it would be a little longer since the other employee just quit mid oil change. "B" still remained calm and was apologizing to me and my wife again and again. When it came time to pay, he gave me a discount for the wait and I tipped him. He thanked me endlessly, expressed his frustrations and that he would have to close the location down. I don't know this young man's name but he went above and beyond to take care of us, all while remaining professional, polite, and respectful in a situation alot of us wouldn't. Hopefully this situation will be resolved by the time I need another oil change.

First time ever going g to Take 5 Oil Change. Pulled up, took me right away. The guy was super friendly. Automatically handed us some bottles of water shook my hand. Hospitality was excellent! It was cool seeing a female working there. They did alot of suggestive selling. I loved that they showed and explained things during that wait. Showed me my Oil was topped out, Explained why the wipers needed changing soon, Explained about my cabin filter and coolant fluid. It was cool, I liked that. The service was great and everyone was real respectful. I paid $140. For that kind of service,it was well worth it. I will be returning soon to get my oil.topped out and my get another service worked on while there as well. Thanks Bay City, Tx Take 5!

Yesterday, I stopped in while in Bay City for business. I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism that I felt compelled to share my experience. In a world full of angry people who often do the bare minimum in life, this team goes above and beyond, leading with kindness, enthusiasm, and respect. Instead of leaving feeling like I tackled another task on my to do list, I left grateful for an exceptional experience in the middle of an otherwise mediocre day.
