Just wanted to give a shoutout to the 2 amazing guys who hustled to get my emissions test done when I accidentally showed up 7 minutes before the DPS system was scheduled to shut down. They were super friendly the whole time I was there despite the time crunch, put me at ease while one helped me drive into the stall without falling into the hole, and they managed to get everything done a split second before the system shut down. This was my first time here and I'll probably be back for my next oil change!
Update! I recently had my oil changed at this location. A man named Patrick was incredible everything! He offered me a water, helped me decide which option to go with, told me the other services that I probably needed to get done (coolant, air filter etc.) and was super kind and quick! And the other 2 techs (Vito and Nate) were super fast. They are the first techs I've ever audibly heard doing all the "checks". Like I heard him saying that the oil pan bolt was secure. THAT is the kind of assurance that will make me choose this particular location over and over again. Thank you so much Patrick, Vito, and Nate! I came to this location because of my last experience here:👇🏼 Karissa and Joey helped me even though I was coming in really late. They were the most friendly, kind and knowledgeable Techs I've ever had at this location.... And this location is the only place I've gone to besides one other Take 5 in Dallas when I lived there, over the span of 2 vehicles. Thank you so much Karissa and Joey and I will always come to this location so long as they are working here!
As a traveling nurse, I spend a lot of time on the road, and driving many miles comes with concerns like tire issues, blowouts, or unexpected car problems. I want to thank the kind team at Take 5 Oil Change for taking the time to check my tire pressure and for showing me how to properly use the mobile tire repair product I carry with me. Their kindness and willingness to help gave me a little more confidence getting back on the road. It’s reassuring to know there are people out there who take a moment to look out for travelers. Thank you for the great complimentary service .
