Went for an oil change two weeks ago, ended up with a leak that I didn't have before, after looking under my own hood and confirming the oil change was done correctly, decided it may be a dud oil filter/ plug gasket or something. Went back to see if they could help me, they offered to re-do my oil change for free and replace the faulty oil filter for me. I understand that sometimes parts just don't work even fresh out the box, that's not a big deal, but the willingness to make it right, is what matters.
Great fast service. I drove up picked my oil change and they immediately carried out their work. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. You don't get out of your car which can lead to being in a hot car while they work. They do give you a cold bottle of water. Just a heads up you will need to reset your oil percentage on your own. Googled it pretty easily. I will go again. They did also top off all my fluids and air in my tires while they did the oil change.
I went to Take 5 on Wednesday, July 29, for an oil change, and I had a great experience. The team was fast, efficient, and very professional. They let me know my vehicle needed coolant, a new air filter, and pointed out a few other maintenance items that I wasn’t aware of. A special shout-out to Whitney, the supervisor. She was absolutely top tier! She kept everyone working together as a team, made sure everything ran smoothly, and took the time to explain additional recommendations that will help keep my vehicle in good shape. I really appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for quick service with a knowledgeable and friendly team, I highly recommend Take 5. I’ll definitely be coming back!
