The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely caring from start to finish, the service was fast without sacrificing quality, and I felt well taken care of the entire time; the shop was spotless and well-organized, which made the whole experience even more reassuring, with clear communication about what was done and what to expect next—no hidden surprises—leaving with my car running smoothly and a smile on my face. I went for an oil change about a wk ago. Yesterday my grandson kicked a ball under my truck, so I went to fetch it and looking under my truck i noticed my splash guard was just hanging there: so I went back to Take 5 oil change on E. Emory Rd in Powell, TN. Talked to Kenzieand the manager. They hooked me up and tightened the bolts that came loose.
They were kind and courteous paying attention to the customer. I had a little wait time and they brought me a bottle of water. They took care of me and explained to me about their services. They also corrected a preexisting problem. Great job.
