These guys did a great job! They offered me a water when I arrived, changed the oil quick but correctly, and even gave me some additional info about my air filters I was asking about. Only thing is those 2 ppl were working out in the heat 100° PLEASE GET THEM A NEW FAN FOR OUT THERE THEY SOOO DESERVE IT!! NEW FAN! They didnt have one at all when they asked they said it was broken...you have good and hard workers please try to treat them better so they dont pass out in the heat! 🙏 also FYI anyone that reads this check out their website they always have coupons..I got one for $25 off! Hey every dollar adds up! Thanks again guys and gals working at the take 5! Yall are amazing 👏

They were super nice, informative & efficient! I needed an oil change but couldn’t get in for an appointment anywhere soon enough and I couldn’t give my car up for a day. Truthfully, I was hesitant at first but it actually was an experience I’d recommend. I would definitely come back to this Take 5. Additionally, they’re price transparent, which was refreshing as a lady.

I can’t figure out how to write an additional review but I’d like to give another 5 stars to this location. All the same praises from before; Great Teamwork and communication, informative, friendly, and honest. Anytime I need to seek outside maintenance I will continue coming back here. Thank yall for taking care of us. My only reservation is that the employees aren’t being provided enough capri sun in my personal opinion haha ———— Had a great experience at this location. Long time customer of Take 5 while living in NC. My partner had previously had nightmare experiences with multiple locations including this one but I convinced her to try one more time as my past experiences had only ever been very positive. We were informed that this location specifically has undergone new management with a brand new crew and we loved our interaction with the folks working here. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and informative all wrapped up with smiles as we said goodbye to our new friends. They answered all of our questions effectively while building connection and trust without any high pressure upselling whatsoever making this a comfortable experience for us and relieving many stresses we had brought in initially. Because of the honest opinions and recommendations that fit our current goals and needs at this exact time this location has acquired two new loyal customers. We appreciate Vanessa, Donnie, Brent, Kyrstian, and Eric so much for the excellent service and friendly interactions. We will both be back frequently.
