I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, fast, and professional. The service was efficient, and they took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. Tony, the manager, was outstanding. His professionalism, leadership, and dedication to both his customers and team really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Employees like Tony are hard to find, and he truly deserves a raise for all of his hard work and commitment. Chris was in the service bay and was absolutely phenomenal. His product knowledge was impressive, and he clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. Tony was just as knowledgeable, and together they made a great team that gave me complete confidence in the service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes and recommending this location to everyone I know. Keep up the amazing work!

Excellent service at Take 5 Oil Change! Travis, Chris, Tony, and Mike were friendly, professional, and worked together as an amazing team. They made the entire experience professional, even when my oil cap got stuck “due to another oil change place put it on to tight”, it was stress-free while providing outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this location! I will definitely be going back.

I mentioned that I would write a 5-star review on my first visit and never got around to it. This is now my third visit, and it's definitely been a 5-star experience every single time. I've seen Mr. Brian, Mr. Jason, Mr. Landon, and Mr. Kenny now and they've all been wonderful. They're very amiable, knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything they're doing as they do it, and going into detail on anything I don't understand. They double check each other's work as well. I drive a Volkswagen, so of course it's difficult to work with, and instead of being discouraged or rude, they were really innovative in figuring out how to help tend to my vehicle (and my dad's that I'm borrowing), and even found an issue I didn't know about. They don't try to oversell additional or unnecessary services, but make sure you know they're available should you need them. Did I mention that they're quick and reasonably priced? They also take tips, so give them a little something to get a pick-me-up next door for their hard work!
