What a Wonderful experience it was, I'm proud to say I am a first time customer ‼️ Top tier custom service from all four Technicians, very professional and engaging during the entire time I was there. Can you say fast and efficient. When the young man brought water bottles to my car as a Courtesy I was sold.Carry, Ladarryies,Jeremiah, and Lacy. One of the technician look so much like one of nephews I had to take a second look🤣.I'll be returning again and telling my family about TAKE 5
I had a 15 minute wait they were busy but my guest and I was given water the techs and manager were nice courteous professional and polite they would come to the vehicle and say thank you for your patience we will be with you shortly they explain what they were doing they did an amazing job this was my first time I was highly impressed and have sent my family to you all Great Customer Services Skills
Wow! I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and offered a cold bottle water and a big smile. It was over 100 degrees and that felt like a gift from God. The technician told me to stay in the car with the air running until they were ready. The service was thorough and efficient. This location adds value to my Whitehaven neighborhood.
