I went to Take 5 close by Kroger in Lebanon, Tennessee foe an oil change. Alexus is the girl that helped us. SHE IS GREAT!! Very friendly, all smiles and very informative. She asked me about my cabin filter... which I've never heard about before . I've been too many oil change places. They've never asked me about my cabin filter. I just bought the car about 4 months ago. So I told her yes please check it for me. It was absolutely disgusting. If she had not asked me about it, I would have never known that it was an issue. So of course I got it replaced. I just think her so much for mentioning it. And like I said, she was all smiles, friendly, polite, and very helpful!!!
Well. I pulled in To the parking lot at take 5 and Gracey Came straight out and handed me a cold ice water and asked how he could help me I have never been in an oil changing place and ever treated so graciously He made me feel welcome he eased my anxiety about getting my oil changed you didn't pressure me into buying anything Him and his employees were nothing but top-notch They changed my oil They checked it twice To make sure everything was good I will return again and if you guys want to go get your oil changed by some gracious kind honest people go see Gracie and his employees down there take 5 off of west Maine in Lebanon you'll be glad you did thanks yall
Everyone was pretty friendly but Tyler and Taylor are amazing. Changed my oil, flushed my coolant and filled my tires in about 20 minutes during my lunch break. They showed me the oil level, showed me the air filter, did not try to push anything unnecessary on me. Super friendly and kind and seemed to be honest in what they were saying. Really great experience.
