Cambio de aceite en Hixson, TN en 5188 TN-153.

This was one of the best experiences at an oil change store I have ever had! The guys were knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and took care of my oil change without pressure to purchase additional services. They had some recommendations but advised that I could wait until my next visit to take care of the cabin filter replacement. I had to have a full synthetic oil change which is more expensive but there is a 25.00 coupon on line that really helped cover the cost. I can’t remember the guys name who was so helpful but he was the lead man on duty. I will definitely be going back there for future oil changes.

I've been to Take5 Oil Change on Hwy 153 in Hixson several times. Each time I've been greeted right away by a friendly attendant and been offered a bottle of water. From start to finish they've been friendly, professional and finished the work quickly. I like that they clearly communicate what they are doing throughout and offer other services in a non-pushy way. Great service!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Colton and the service here!! Colton was so professional and impressively knowledgeable. He took the time to go through the history of my vehicle online, scrolling the details to offer suggestions without being pushy and salesly. And with each suggestion, he then went into full explanations for his recommendations, no one has done that with me before. I usually get a suggestion and a "just trust me" when people have offered services at other places so that I almost felt like i was being ripped off. Colton's explanations helped me to better understand my vehicle and even explained what people did in the past that I did not understand/that they failed to explain. I didn't know which oil package I wanted and I said probably the high mileage package bc of the mileage of my vehicle. Colton recommended the lower package as best for my vehicle right now. He said probably the next oil change or two would be when I would best benefit from the higher package. And while this cost less for this visit, he just earned my trust with that and I'm not going anywhere else but this location anytime I'm in the area. That honesty, the detailed explanations, his extensive knowledge has won me as a lifetime customer who usually shops around. Trust is everything when it comes to a vehicle so I highly recommend this location. I left feeling good without having a rushed job that left me confused and stressed! Well done ! Thank you!
