Top notch service at this location! They gave me a free bottled water as soon as I pulled up. It was only a moment before I was in the bay and the services were started. Jay was very personable and explained the process in a clear and concise manner. Everett in the pit was quick at his work! I really appreciated the whole team! The manager on duty Eric also came over to make sure I was happy with my experience. I definitely was! Keep up the outstanding work! I always go to Take 5, but this was my 1st time to this location- they delivered OUTSTANDING customer and car service! Thank-you, guys!
The service was outstanding! Promote the entire crew!poor Dusty he had dental pain but he drove my car over the hole, because I was too worried about my car falling in. He was very helpful! I really appreciated the whole team work together in perfect harmony! It gives off family vibes! I love it! From the bottle of water intro to the saying "rolling!" There was Faith, Myah, Kellen,Tyler, the young man who checked my tires to 44psi, thank uuu! I didn't see his name but he was also great! As I was leaving out, Cristian was holding the sign & enjoying the fall weather! He & I had pleasant words too! I love this place. Noted: I can come back at 5000 for a free oil check up to 2 quarts top off! I probably got that info mixed up lol but anyhow TAKE 5 is a great place to go for your oil change needs while you sit in the vehicle! Kudos everyone!
First visit… I have always used traditional mechanics for oil changes. This was a unique experience…. Stay in the car…. People swarm the car, checking everything!!! Cleaning windshield and checking tire pressure!!! You know how Waffle House has their special language…. Scattered, smothered chunked…. Take 5 has that special language too…. It was amazing and entertaining to watch… I was especially impressed when they brought the final dipstick to my window as proof of a job well done… I will definitely go back… if they did tire rotation too, I would never go anywhere else!!!!
