This was my first time at any quick oil-change service. Everyone was really friendly, and the oil change was so fast. This is the first time anyone has reset the service reminder in my car's infotainment system. I've been to two different mechanics and three dealerships. At this point, I'm used to using the window sticker instead of the service reminder. I was so happy that the crew at Take 5 took the time to reset this, and now I know how to do it in the future as well. Excellent service!
I had my oil changed today at the take 5 in Powdersville. Mckelldon was very sweet and had great customer service. My daughter also had her oil changed at the same time and the whole crew worked together and got us in and out at the same time. I had a question and asked to speak to the manager on duty, which was Tyler. He answered my questions and accommodated us very professionally. I appreciate everyone today, thank you!
