Cambio de aceite en Moncks Corner, SC en 470 N. US Hwy 52.

I'm very impressed with the youngmen who are so knowledgeable about all the vehicles out there today. Not all are the same like back in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's when it was $19.99 for an oil change. You have to learn all the vehicles in order to stay marketable. After all, we have electric vehicles today. I was treated with great respect beings I'm an old woman; and was able to tell them a funny story I encountered when I was in my thirties. I think they got a good laugh 😃

So I don't usually write reviews for places, but this is one specific team that I felt needed to be recognized!! Take 5 Oil in Moncks Corner far exceeded my expectations!! This was my first time at this location, and I almost stopped somewhere else because of the experience I've had in the past from a previous Take 5 Oil, but I'm so glad that their team was out there for me to be encouraged to get my oil changed! No wait! Super fast! Super friendly! Yes, super affordable! From their bubbly personalities at the side of the road, getting customers to come in, the warm welcome asking about my day and offering me a cold bottle of water while waiting in my vehicle, they were amazing! They showed me what my oil looked like and what it should look like along with all of my filters. Yes, I already knew about all of that, but for those who don't, it was nice to see that people actually take the time to show you and explain to you so that you don't feel like you're getting jipped. If I said not today on something, they were very understanding and didn't try pressuring me. They have a new manager Brock that has only been there for a couple of months and is still learning his team, but Riley, Jackson, Cillian (all his teammates today), they were all fantastic! Brock, along with his entire team definitely have a great thing going here! I think I've finally found my go to place for my oil changes! 🥰 Thanks Moncks Corner Take 5 Oil Team!! Have a blessed day!! 🥰

Oil light on and not in my neighborhood. Had to make an important appointment nearby. Stopped at take 5. Offered a bottle of water by Brock who understood my urgency. He topped off my oil without charge checked tire pressure and I knew right then I would come back. After appointment Alonzo took care of me with Jackson’s help. They changed oil, cabin filter, flushed out coolant all in 30 minute time frame. And, I stayed in the car! Hats off to Brock, Alonzo, and Jackson for excellent and timely service. You better believe I’m going back when car needs maintenance like what I just described. I can’t praise all three of them enough for courteous, superior and efficient service!
