Every time I come here, I have a great experience. The staff is always polite, respectful, and friendly. They don’t just change my oil, they also check and fill my tires with air, clean my windshield, and even take the time to ask how my day is going. One thing I really appreciate is that they’ll top off my oil for free between oil changes. It’s that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. This is the only place I’ll trust with my oil changes, and I highly recommend them!
The Take 5 in Moncks Corner has great customer service as always! Because I have such a tight schedule, I don't have time to make an appointment at a place where I have to get out the car, wait on them to take my car in, and then finish my car and then check me out. Instead I take a 10 to 15 minute wait period in my vehicle, without appointments and I'm on my way. This saves me time and it easily checks off my box.
The Guys at Take 5 Oil Change in Monks Corner S.C. are a great group of hard working young men. They're courteous, polite, respectful, well mannered, and considerate to the needs of their customers. They are outstanding in their desire to do a great job as well. In a world where customer service is non existant, it is very refreshing to be able to patronize such an establishment as this. I recommend that everyone get their service work done here. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating because they truly deserve it.
