Had a great experience at Take 5 today! Brendan really stood out! He works extremely hard and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He communicated everything clearly, kept me updated the whole time, and made the process quick and smooth. Every time I come here, he’s always hustling and making sure customers are taken care of. Employees like Brendan make a big difference. He definitely deserves a PAY raise or some recognition for his work ethic and professionalism!
My car had been parked under a shed, near the woods, and not been driven in several months. The take 5 man opened my glove compartment to change the air filter. He found a large mouse nest made from napkins. I freaked out. He took the entire glove box out of the car and cleaned it out for me. He went above and beyond what most people would have done.
I’ve been to this location several times and every time the entire staff has been pleasant, answered my questions with a quick “no problem “ and made friendly banter -I think that was my favorite part (: will be using this location as my primary oil home. Plus today they sounded like they were singing
