Cambio de aceite en Boiling Springs, SC en 3696 Boiling Springs Rd..

I had my oil changed 2 wks ago & the guys were friendly & thorough. I told Cory I was traveling to Nashville the next wk & I wanted to make sure my tires looked good as well. He assured me that my car was fine & ready to go as far as he cd tell from the service they did. Yesterday I noticed 2 puddles of oil in my driveway which scared me!! There were no warning lights on my dash & my car was running fine & had been during my trip. I went back & was greeted by Ashton who was very friendly & professional. I explained to him what had happened. He told me that they would check my car thoroughly & most likely it was not a major problem & he told me the most common reasons for an oil leak. He continued to talk to me during the inspection & explained what Terryl was doing. Terryl discovered a defective oil filter & he gave it to Ashton to show me. The filter was replaced as well as the 3-1/2 qts of oil that had leaked out. Ashton is a very nice young man & he went above & beyond to calm my nerves. I really appreciate his great customer service skills & I will make sure everyone I speak to knows about the wonderful service I received at Take 5!

Always quick and friendly. Kevin was excellent on my most recent visit! After working 13 hours, the last thing I wanted to do was awkwardly sit & wait in my car any longer than I had to, but I needed an oil change quick. Kevin made sure it was a comfortable, friendly and informative visit the entire time! Checking my filters, keeping me updated on the process as they moved along, and making sure I was in & out as quick as possible without sacrificing quality. Overall, after having such a long night, it was refreshing to “end my day,” so to speak on such a pleasant note.

(Translated by Google) Great service. They did everything quickly. They changed the oil and checked the tire pressure, washed the windshield, and asked about replacing the wiper blades if needed. The guys were friendly and there was no line. The whole thing took about 15 minutes, I think. I recommend them!!!
