Brie and her team are exceptional! Andrew checked me in and was very courteous and helpful. The team was thorough and answered all of my questions. Brie went above and beyond to fix a plate that was hanging down under my vehicle. This was a safety issue, and I am very grateful that Brie and her team made sure I would be safe on the road. Drew took the time to wrap up the service by explaining things and answering my questions. As a mom, I appreciate that this service company hires a lot of female managers as I tend to trust women more when dealing with mechanical issues because they understand and take the time to explain things. Because of Brie and her team, I will be back to Take 5 for my next oil change!
I took a friends car here to get an oil change thinking that it needed one. When I pulled the car into the bay, the oil tech kindly let me know that the oil was brand new and did not in fact need to be changed. I was incredibly impressed at the honesty and integrity of this, because they easily could have just changed the oil anyway and I would have paid. Thank you to Andrew for the awesome service and honesty. Also, most affordable oil change in town and everyone greeted me with a smile!!
I know this is a new shop, in Eugene, Oregon, and everybody is doing their best with presentations and information, but when it comes down to it, they did the job very well. I appreciated the bottle of water when I first arrived, and a friendly "welcome". That was the most impactful for me. I also like how you get a free dinner with every service, and as well, instead of a reminder of when to get an oil change, you have up to that mileage and you get free top offs, tire pressure check, and up to two quarts, of your car needs it. That's awesome. Instead of an oil change, it becomes an oil maintenance program. And I really like this perspective, as far as business offerings. Lastly, the price of the various services, are super fair and equatable. Your wallet won't get depleted, never felt pressured on some hidden up charge, and I really think the attempts at hospitality, were amazing. Speed and time, we're on point as well.
