They explained everything clearly. I really appreciated their honesty—there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary services, just great customer care and quality work. My car is running smoothly, and I left feeling confident that it was well taken care of. If you're looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy service, I highly recommend this business. It would be a 5 if I had been able to get my oil changed. I went to the shop where I had taken it before first. They told me they had the oil, but not the filter. He set me up with another shop close by who had the filter but not the oil. He sent 9 quarts of oil with me. I admired his trust. When I drove into the next shop, they recognized me from the referral from the first shop. He asked about the oil and they opened the hood. Another young man was talking to the one that was waiting on me, but I could not hear their conversation. The one waiting on me came back to my window and said my vehicle requires a special diesel oil. The oil they had sent with me did not have the right number in the fine print. It was very close to be fair to the first shop. I was told Take 5 would not be getting oil for my vehicle any longer. They had changed from Mobil1 to Penzoil. I did already know this, but right after that change they had done the oil change with a correct oil. The young man refunded my payment. I told him I would definitely bring back my Subaru for its next oil change. Both shops were courteous and concerned about getting my needs met. The second shop told me they would put notes into the computer to make sure that oil I was sent with was not put into a vehicle like mine in the future. While disappointed I will no longer be able to have my vehicle's oil changed there, I am very grateful for the attentiveness of these young workers.

We stopped in at the location off 15th and Yale in Tulsa. The temperature outside was 104! They have a good team them. They were checking on each other and making sure they were staying hydrated while another employee was setting up misting fans. Despite the heat, everyone was polite and took time to describe my options. We weren’t there for a long time waiting which I appreciated.
