The service I received today was exceptionally fantastic! Michael, Levi, Coltyn, and Domingo know exactly what they are doing. I have never been so informed about my oil change the way I was today. The processes was smoother than cream cheese! I have definitely found my go to oil change location. They were beyond professional and all had smiling faces. Thank you again for such wonderful service with myself and vehicle ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Levi and Domingo were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like my vehicle was in great hands. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, especially when getting an oil change can sometimes feel like just another chore. Levi and Domingo went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were efficient, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. I highly recommend this Take 5 location, and especially Levi and Domingo! They definitely deserve recognition for their hard work. I’ll be coming back for my next oil change! 🚗👏🏽
First visit for an oil change, and was very impressed. No longer sent to "the room", I could see all that they did, they explained everything fully, and while they did recommend some additional services, they didn't act butt hurt when I declined. I will be back!
