I received a bottle of water apon arrival from Alexis. She is very pleasant, and friendly, and efficient. I had told her that I won't be getting an oil change because I have my electric car this morning, and she said it's always nice to have a water and it's free, or words to that effect. ( I do have other vehicles that I do bring to quick oil change places.) But today I just needed air in my tires. And I think we both learned some thing new today. I learned that my horn honks when the air is at its level, and she learned how to close the door to the charging port on my 2026 Chevy Blazer EV.
Went in for a full oil change, Nicolas and Tim were so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were very personal which made me feel comfortable. All my questions were answered in detailed. I was never pressured into getting more done than what I asked for, everything was a recommendation to be fixed now or the future. Would definitely recommend if you want to feel like you’re getting taken care of in every way.
I always come to this location and I went in for an oil change, and Paul and Nicholas set the bar high for service. I was on the fence about the coolant flush but I knew I needed it and they explained everything so well I actually knew what I was agreeing to (rare for me 😅). They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb and even waited while I got my husband on the phone no awkward rushing me along. They weren't rude when I told them I had a coupon. We ended up chatting about Stand By Me and Star Wars, which made it feel less like car maintenance and more like hanging out. Also, being called the nicest first customer of the day? I’m adding that to my list of achievements. Great service all around!
