Everyone was wonderful! They were very attentive to my car,and pointed out important areas about my water in my radiator, that I should have my mechanic take a look at for possible maintenence, and some leaking around my head gasket. I am very thankful! Those are potential expensive saves for me...if my mechanic can have a good heads up in those areas. They also showed me my filthy filter...I 🤧 will be getting a new one when I get paid. They offered me a bottle of cold water when I arrived, and honored a great 50% off coupon, as soon as I mentioned I was there to have my oil changed. They were very knowledgeable and I was so thankful that they offered so much information. THANK YOU to all of the Guys, and the manager who worked on my car at TAKE 5! I appreciate each of you and the good care from each of you at TAKE 5, IN STOW, OHIO off Fishcreek Rd. My professional background is in Organization and Development, and Psycholgy, and Human Resource Management and it was awesome watching your team of guys work among each other so thoroughly, and smoothly interacting as they each just dug right to get all of the services done...it was like "wow"...why doesn't every service company work like that any more? The Management and Service team members have "Got Pride" in themselves and in there work place...and in the Great Job they Do. I don't even want to call it a Job...because to me...Customer Service is sn "Art"...and "Each of them have it Down!!!" They asked questions, specific questions about the car, it's conditions, symptoms,and maintenance. We paid attention enjoying how well everyone worked together. We really enjoyed the experience, believe it. We looked around...and noticed how clean the place was, howclean the guys were...the Smiles. We noticed how polite the were...to us, to each other... They each proved to be a GREAT TEAM at the STOW,OHIO location. This was our first time at this organization and it won't be our last time. We will be back with "all" of our vehicles! "THANK YOU" We will encourage our friends and family to not only go to this location...but to also check out other TAKE 5 locations to see if the locations are as good as this one...that we are now going to call "Ours." OH. and any one who complains about prices...needs to check out their website...they offer discounts that dont expire...and, they also, contribute to amazing organizations with the money you pay into, as well. Oh, and they do not push you into buying anything...and their prices are no more than any other place like them.
