The employees were very courteous and very friendly. It was definitely nice sitting in the car and you could see all the work being done. They definitely accommodated coupons that were off the web page. You didn't have to drop the car off and wait for hours walking around a store or going to a restaurant. You definitely felt like there was confident workmanship and they took an interest in doing a great job. I would highly recommend people try Take 5. They put air in the tires made sure they were proper air pressure they topped off all the fluids. Plus at 3,000 miles you can bring the car in not for an oil change but if any of the fluids need topped off you get all the fluids at no cost for having your original oil change done there that's an awesome service. I recommended take five to my girlfriend. And that she was not disappointed. The employees were definitely professional very respectful and just very pleasant .
Jacob and joshua were excellent. For them being the only 2 in the shop for the evening they handled themselves well. Honestly ive never been to a take 5. Ill be back. I must say it wasnt 10 minutes or less but given their circumstances i understand. Great hospitality from both guys. Both checked on me to make sure i was good. Explained everything to me and even showed me everything theu were doing as they were doing it. Pretty impressed not gonna lie. Good job fellas. OH!
Sitting here with Phillip as my computer and service technician. As I pulled in he was saving a caterpillar from the wheel path and then said I'm in good hands. After seeing the way he took care of the caterpillar, I knew I would indeed be in good hands. And to no surprise, he was amazing. Thank you, Phillip! Go Broncos (and 49ers). Took care of the caterpillar, me and his fellow technician that fell in the shop.
