The two gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were very kind, very knowledgeable, dedicated to making sure that I knew what they were doing and why they were doing it and they did a great job explaining the different prices and the reasons why I would select whatever selection I would select. I'm very pleased. This was my very first time at any place other than a dealership and I'm pleased with my experience.
I love going to get my oil change here! Josua is very attentive and the whole crew is friendly and informative. I went again yesterday and wanted to express my appreciation for the staff. There was a female in there whom I have seen before. I love that she is taking on a more active role. I forgot her name. I went again and will keep coming to this location. I feel like we are family.
So thankful for Josue! When I arrived, my oil light had been turning on and off, but I had gotten an oil change just the previous month. It didn't make sense and I was sure it was mistake or that I was leaking oil. I stopped by Take 5 and Josue immediately recognized the source of the problem as a coolant issue. He explained how old coolant can become overly diluted, dirty, and ineffective over time, causing the engine to run hotter, and burning through oil faster. Josue was training Aiden and they both immediately worked to resolve the coolant issue, topped off the oil, and the problem was fixed. Thank you so much!
