The workers here were kind, respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me to death. I like that they were honest about how long the different filters would last as well as estimating a timeline for how long my wipers would last and when it is time for new ones. Because of all of this, I will come back here over and over again (it’s the closest one to where I live right now). Every time I deal with an auto business that could try to take advantage of me bc i’m a woman but DOESNT, I want to tell every woman I know.
Quick, easy and employee that help me was very friendly and had nice conversation. Also told me that both employees smelled gasoline coming from my car so now I will have that checked out at a service center or dealer. I did not notice it so I was very glad to know that there might be an issue. Also gave me a referral. I only issue is your coupon said 50% off. It was not half price. It was $25 which was not 50% horrible advertising shame shame shame

However, thank you two for the service(BoB&Richie) that was just, plain out awesome! And, it was done with great, customer service and greatness on letting me know different deals. Thanks, Mr Bob for given me the heads up about getting, a needed and great battery from Walmart, after me telling you about needing a battery replacement. And, it was the two of you gentlemen and you two did yall BIG ONE 1️⃣ with such peace and kindness,,I will be back because of you two service…. The, two of you wasn’t…..TO FAST AND NOT TO SLOW just the two of you that day was top tier
