I arrived at Parma location after the workers on Turney Road in Garfield Heights claim not to have my parts to complete the oil change. Thanks to the professional gentleman at the Parma location. He was very willing to help me unlike those people at the Garfield Heights location. The technician was friendly and accurate with how the experience would go. Lastly I appreciated the Parma technicians transparency unlike the workers at Garfield Heights who clearly lied to me. I will never go back to the Garfield Heights location!
The workers here were kind, respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me to death. I like that they were honest about how long the different filters would last as well as estimating a timeline for how long my wipers would last and when it is time for new ones. Because of all of this, I will come back here over and over again (it’s the closest one to where I live right now). Every time I deal with an auto business that could try to take advantage of me bc i’m a woman but DOESNT, I want to tell every woman I know.
I had the pleasure of Josue and Bean who worked on my vehicle! Absolutely love the service and always have nothing but positive praise for this location and their staff! My oil change and coolant change was done with ease and the care to show me,as the customer, proof behind the recommended services are what always brings me back!
